where she first started chasing the ballerina dream at the age of nine, studying at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and Point Park College.  During her time at the Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts in 2001, she converted to chasing the modernina dream, which brought her first to Arizona State University where she studied with Karen Schupp, and Cynthia Roses-Thema, and later to University of the Arts.  During her time at UArts, she was a co-director, choreographer, dancer and lighting designer for The Lush Project: Spring Season 2007.  Since September 2007 she has been a company member of Malleable Dance Theater in New York City.  She made her first foray into site-specific work in April 2008 when she directed Pink Hair Affair's in memory of the deathtrap, described as "scenes of uncommon poignancy."  Currently she is a student in the inaugural year of Headlong Performance Institute, a semester-long intensive examining the intersection of dance and theater.  She would love to learn the secrets of Thai cuisine and is continually amazed by her PHA colleagues.  Annie just received her 20-hour vinyasa yoga certificate.  Call her now to set up a private lesson!
