at several studios in the area at age 2.  Her formal training began at School of the Garden State Ballet.  Later she was accepted into School of the Garden State Ballet Youth Company and toured annually.  In May 2007 she graduated from University of the Arts with a BFA in Modern Dance Performance and was awarded "Most Dramatic Improvement Since Freshman Year." She has performed at the Angler Arts Movement Center's "First Friday", Adinah & Company "All That Jazz", and Group Motion's Spiel Uhr Series.  Her works have been seen in the Fringe Festival 2007/2008 and "in memory of the deathtrap" working under Pink Hair Affair, a modern dance collective.  Currently, Ashley is co-founder of Pink Hair Affair, as well as a dancer with Joey Arminio & the Family, and Urmika Devi.  In Januay 2009, she will be performing in the Woman on the Way Festival in San Francisco, CA.
