LAURA
where she was home schooled for 10 years. She started dance at age eleven for her “gym” class and has continued ever since. Deciding she wanted to be a professional dancer she moved to Philadelphia where she graduated with a BFA in Modern Dance Performance from the University of The Arts in 2007. She has had the opportunity to perform in works by MOMIX, Milton Meyers, Christine Cox, and Brian Sanders amongst many others. She is currently a dancer for the Philadelphia Eagles and has had the chance to perform in Mexico, Dominican Republic, and most recently for the troops in Kuwait and Iraq. Her works have been seen in Philly Fringe 2007, Red Bull Art of Can, Philly Fringe 2008 and fundraiser events. Laura is continuing to choreograph and perform with Pink Hair Affair and is in the process of learning the static trapeze, corde lisse and fabric at Philly School of Circus Arts while continuing her education for a degree in Massage Therapy.
